Returns & Refunds
Virtus Labs LLC stands behind sealed, salable products. Because supplements are ingestible, returns are limited for safety reasons.
Eligible returns
- Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery for a refund of the product price minus shipping.
- Opened products are not eligible for refund except where required by law.
Damaged or incorrect shipments
Contact us within seven (7) days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will replace or refund at our discretion.
Refunds
Approved refunds post to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
